1.Orders & Account
We process orders quickly. If you need a change, email hello@mariusetindia.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.
No, you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account lets you access order history and faster checkout next time.

2.Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship from Bangkok, Thailand.
Yes, we ship worldwide via Thailand Post.
• Free delivery via Thailand Post (Registered Mail or EMS): 1–5 business days depending on location.
• Bangkok express (Grab): flat 100 THB, same day or next day.
• Registered Mail (economy): 7–14 business days
• EMS (faster): 3–5 business days within Asia, 3–7 business days outside Asia
• Thailand: Free via Thailand Post.
• International: Calculated at checkout based on cart & destination.
International orders might be subject to customs duties or local taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These possible charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Yes — message us and we’ll do our best to arrange a personalized delivery.
3.Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging. Customized items and fragrances cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
No — customers also cover the shipping fee for the replacement.
Email hello@mariusetindia.com with your order number and reason. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund/exchange and email you a confirmation.
4.Payment
No — we do not offer installments or BNPL options.
It depends on your country. Our store automatically adapts to your location:
• Europe: Euro (€)
• USA: US Dollar ($)
• Singapore: Singapore Dollar (SGD)
• Hong Kong: Hong Kong Dollar (HKD)
• Thailand: Thai Baht (THB)
5.Sizes & Fit
Many of our pieces are Free Size, designed in loose and comfortable cuts that suit most body types. Some items come in two sizes for the best fit — measurements and fit details are always available on each product page.

6.Product Care
Each product page includes specific care instructions, also printed on the garment’s care label.
Our jewelry pieces are delicate. To keep them beautiful:
• Avoid contact with water, perfume, or chemicals.
• Store in a pouch, away from air and light.
• Wipe gently with a soft cloth when needed.
7.Collections, Restocks & Limited Editions
Most of our designs are limited editions and will not be restocked once sold out. This is part of our philosophy of creating exclusive, small-batch collections.
We also have a selection of permanent collections that may be restocked over time.
It depends — limited editions are not restocked, but permanent pieces may return.
We release several drops each year. As a slow fashion brand, our rhythm depends on our collaboration with local artisans and the unique fabrics we discover. Join our newsletter for updates.
8.Gift Cards
Yes — we offer digital gift cards, available in different amounts. They are delivered by email and contain instructions for redeeming them at checkout. Gift cards have no additional processing fees.
9.Personal Shopping (by appointment)
It’s a tailored styling experience — in our showroom, by appointment, with personalized advice from our team. We guide you according to your style, body shape, and the pieces you want to try.

10.In-Person Shopping & Pop-Ups
Yes — by visiting our Bangkok showroom by appointment. Contact us to book your visit.
Yes — we host pop-ups with our ambassadors in select cities. Follow us on Instagram @mariusetindia and sign up to our newsletter for updates.
11.Sustainability & Craft
All our collections are produced in small batches in Thailand, in collaboration with local artisans.
We work primarily with natural fabrics such as cotton and linen, as well as cotton-linen blends. Depending on the design and the drape we want to achieve, we may also use denim, rayon, or polyester. We also love working with Indian cottons for their lightness — perfect for summer. Our goal is always to select fabrics that feel comfortable, breathable, and effortless in the heat.

No — we sell direct-to-consumer via our website and selected ambassadors. This allows us to keep a fair price for our customers and ensure fair compensation for our artisans.
